Chinese chicken soup










Ingredients in making Chinese chicken soup:
1/2 lb chicken
1 green onion
3 mushrooms
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
4 cup water

Steps in making Chinese chicken soup:
1. Mix eggs, salt, pepper
2. Chop onion and mushroom
3. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes
4. Put salt (1 pint)
5. Strip the chicken
6. Add the chicken, mushroom and green onion in the boiling pan
7. Add the egg(stir constantly)
8. Put soy sauce
9. Enjoy!
