Chicken Adobo(Pinoy Style)


Ingredients in making Chicken Adobo (Pinoy Style)
2 lbs chicken (cut into serving pieces)
3 pcs dried bay leaves
6 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup cooking oil
salt and pepper

Step 1
Combine the soy sauce and garlic in a large container and marinae chicken vernight
Step 2
Heat cooking oil in pan and place marinated chicken
Step 3
Add at least 2 cups of water and bring to boil
Step 4
Add the dried bay leaves and cover the pan until the chciken is tender
Boiled it for 30 - 40 mins
Step 5
Add vinegar, salt, and pepper then simmer for 10 t 12 minutes
